Prior to establishing MOHAMMED ALAQEEL & Co, Mohammed worked for a major international law firm and served as the legal board advisor of the Saudi National Water Company.
A recognized and skillful expert in different areas of law, Mohammed has worked with clients in a range of sectors to execute their most significant transactions across the world, including many ground breaking deals.

Abdullah is highly regarded for his expertise across a broad range of large and complex legal matters and transactions including high net worth individuals. Abdullah developed an extensive expertise in corporate finance, structuring of businesses, corporate reorganizations, establishing companies and ensuring their compliance to relevant laws. Abdullah is also approached by clients for his skills in drafting complex agreements in different sectors.

Abdullah’s practice spans all aspects of transactional and litigation matters. He has considerable experience in dealing with corporate and commercial issues, including commercial transactions and contracts and also managing property funds set up and clearance. Abdullah is recognized as a prominent player in setting and developing most strategic and complex transactions in the real estate market.
WASSIM ABOU NADDER

Wassim is a highly experienced lawyer in corporate, commercial, banking and construction law. He is frequently involved in advising on M&A, joint ventures, project developments, commercial contracts and construction projects and is known for combining a strong technical legal knowledge with a practical commercial approach. Wassim started working as a junior associate in Paris, moved after to a senior position in London and returned back to the MENA region where he acted as a partner in several regional law firms prior to joining Mohammed Al-Aqeel & Co. Wassim holds a PhD in Banking Law from the University of Pantheon-Assas Paris II and has taught for several years at different universities in France and Beirut.

Bassel handles a broad range of corporate and commercial matters for renowned national and international companies. With his extensive experience in this field, he has advised on many agreements and cross-border transactions including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments, companies’ incorporation, joint venture structuring and project development. Bassel also focuses on litigation and arbitration matters for local and international clients.
