Paul Mercer is:

• An English law qualified lawyer with over 25 years of experience of advising clients in the Middle East on a range of legal issues.

• A certified arbitrator and mediator with the Saudi Centre for Commercial Arbitration as well as a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in England.

• Has familiarity with how business is done in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and provides decades of experience on Saudi Arabian law particularly where this involves international aspects.

• Previously worked in Riyadh with the Al Jadaan & Partners Law Firm and Clifford Chance.
